Integrity, honesty, compassionate, caring, understanding, patient are just a few of the
characteristic traits that quickly come to mind when describing Allan Davies.
Faced with adversity being the grim reality of job loss and self supporting there was no alternative but to be pro-active and sell my home, one which I cherished and worked so hard to attain. Selling a home is stressful at any given time but being jobless, single and &.giving up your home......yipes!
Hard as it was I placed the call to Allan Davies. An appointment was scheduled. He promptly arrived the facts were explained and he realized how difficult this decision was. Allan took the time to listen and he understood exactly the position I was in. He advised me that everything has a way of working itself out and in a year from now, I would reflect upon this experience from my bigger and better home! It was after this first meeting I knew I could trust Allan with the arduous task of selling my home (which I did not want to part with).
I have purchase/sold several real estate properties before but this is undoubtedly the first positive experience. Allan is a true professional who is in a league of his own! He places his client and their needs first! You are No. 1. He allowed me to make all of the decisions yet provided logic, sound judgement and guidance when requested. He expertly evaluated my home and I received my asking price in a winter market. And there's more& Allan is a One Man Band&.. if you need it then by George he has access to it! I was introduced to a moving company and to a legal firm both were outstanding referrals. On a personal note, in order to assist my personal jobless situation, Allan circulated my resume to individuals in his network environment. I am forever thankful for this support and assistance Allan!
